We participate in Medicare and Medicaid (Title XIX). We participate with many other carriers as well.
Each policy has unique benefits. It is vitally IMPORTANT that you bring your insurance cards or information with you for each office visit. Please contact your insurance company if you are unsure of your financial responsibility or benefits. Co-payments, percentages, and deductibles will be collected at the time service is given. Our office provides equal access to all patients regardless of insurance status.
